Our residential services cater to individuals who may be transitioning from secure settings or hospital environments, including those part of the NHS's Transforming Care Agenda. This initiative supports individuals with complex needs to move to more community-based settings, promoting greater independence and quality of life.
Positive Behavioural Support
For individuals who display challenging behaviours, our team collaborates closely with our in-house Positive Behavioural Intervention Team. This team provides dedicated support strategies and specialized training to our support staff, adopting a positive approach to help individuals improve their daily living skills, overcome challenges, and achieve greater independence.
Active Community Involvement
We believe in the importance of community engagement and encourage the individuals we support to be active members of their community. This includes participating in leisure and social activities of their choice, attending college to learn new skills, and engaging in voluntary work within the local area. Our goal is to enhance their quality of life and foster a sense of belonging and purpose.
